Master plan and 1st phase construction for new Miami campus for the highly regarded culinary arts university. 14 commercial training kitchens, 2 training dining rooms, training restaurant (open to the public), administration, student center, exterior courtyards and overall landscape design, dormitory rooms. DP closely coordinated engineering and landscape design.

An existing, abandoned hospital complex was purchased by J&W to be the core of their new Miami campus. Except for most of the hospital rooms, which received minimal treatment for conversion into dorm rooms, the building had to be completely gutted to structure, and reconfigured internally for its repurposing.
