4,500 square foot conversion of an existing moment-frame steel warehouse in an transitioning industrial area of Charlotte NC into a ballroom dancing venue and school. Facility was to include a lobby/registration area, cafe/bar with catering kitchen, restrooms, storage, and a 2,500 SF dance floor.
