Conversion of existing middle school into elementary school, for Surry County Schools. Extensive rework of partitioning, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, IT infrastructure. Additions of new lobby, connecting corridor between buildings, and new Admin offices. Challenging phasing and fire safety planning required due to need to keep school operational during construction.
