68,000 sf phased addition to existing public elementary school, for Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. 2 existing buildings received mechanical & fire alarm upgrades. 55,000 sf of original school were demolished after new part was completed. New site/traffic layout required careful phasing in order to keep school functioning during construction.
